Publication Process

LJLJ follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process, which means that both the reviewer’s and author’s identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.

Detailed Process:

1. The Manuscripts are to be submitted through the form given here. Upon submission, an acknowledgment email with the Manuscript ID will be sent to the author(s). In case of any anomalies or submission issues, authors can contact us at ljljeditor@gmail.com.

2. After this, all the author’s details are removed from the manuscript.

3. The whole review process is divided into two main stages:

• Technical Stage
• Content Review Stage

4. In the first stage, the manuscripts are subjected to originality test and AI detection. Moreover, the citation style and overall formatting are checked.

5. In the second stage, the manuscript is sent to two of our reviewers.

6. After evaluating the articles, both the reviewers assign the manuscript a score out of 5. The manuscripts that get a combined score of above 6 out of 10 are selected for final publication.

7. If the manuscript is selected the author(s) is/are notified through a confirmation mail regarding the selection of their manuscript within 14 workings days from the date of submission of manuscript.

8. If manuscript is rejected, the Editorial Board shall endeavour to provide reasons for such rejection based on the whole review process. 

NOTE: No Manuscript Processing Fee is required to be paid by the authors once their manuscript is selected for publication. As LJLJ is a free journal.

After successful review, the manuscript will be uploaded to the journal’s website. Authors will receive a soft copy of the publication certificate via email.

Authors may request a hard copy of their publication certificate by emailing ljljeditor@gmail.com. A fee of Rs. 400 will be charged for the hard copy, and certificates are dispatched within 2 weeks of the request.
