FOR EDITORIAL WORK<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
WRITER(S)\/AUTHOR(S) A<\/strong>GREES THAT:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

  1. \n
    The copyright declaration form shall be submitted through e-mail;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. \n
      Law Jurist Legal Journal uses Turnitin software for the purpose of determining the originality\/ plagiarism, which should not be more than 20%;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. \n
        Full editorial work shall be executed only once the declaration form is received by the Editorial Board;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
      2. \n
        No edited copy shall be given back to writer\/ author, if the recommendation is for no change or minor change;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
      3. \n
        Editorial Board shall have the final authority to accept or reject any manuscript, in order to keep and uphold the objective and spirit of the journal.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        FOR PUBLICATION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
        WRITER(S)\/AUTHOR(S) AGREES THAT:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

          Submission of manuscripts does not mean the automatic acceptability for publication;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. \n
            The manuscript may be rejected if contributors are not following the formatting guidelines;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. \n
              The manuscripts shall be accessible worldwide through the journal’s website;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              1. \n
                The manuscripts shall be published in electronic form only and no print copy shall be available;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                1. \n
                  The manuscripts may be rejected for publication if the scan copies of the copyright agreement form is not submitted within the stipulated time;<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n
                2. \n
                  The Editorial Board shall have the final authority to accept or reject any manuscript in order to keep and uphold the sanctity and maintain standard of the journal.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
